DG CRPF visited GC Bantalab Jammu

Dr. A. P. Maheshwari, IPS, Director General, CRPF, New Delhi visited the Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab, Campus. During this visit, Hon'ble DG, interacted with the Jawans in "Sainik Sammelan" and describe the main role of CRPF that all Jawans of CRPF are discharging their duties in different areas in different circumstances. At present, the country is in a bad condition due to COVID-19 Pandemic. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many Jawans of CRPF have lost their lives while giving their service to general public, yet the Jawans of this Force have not hesitated to serve the general public in various fields. They are discharging their duties with full dedication and honesty.

During "Sainik Sammelan" Hon'ble DG further informed that in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, the personnel of CRPF, are maintaining their restraint and are dealing with the stones pelters and are also encountering with the terrorists and also combing the carvings in the economically effective areas like Chattisgarh. During this, Hon'ble DG also announced to confer the Director General's Disc (DG's Disc) and commendation letter to Shri Rajesh Kumar, 2-I/C (Dy FA), J&K Zone, Jammu and also honour other 05 personnel with " Cash Reward" to boost their intelligence and their morale.

Thereafter, " Dr. A. P. Maheshwari, IPS, Director General, CRPF, conducted a conference at Station officers mess with Shri Sanjay Arora, IPS, ADG, New Delhi, Shri Zulfiquar Hasan, IPS, ADG, J&K Zone, Shri P.S. Ranpise, IPS, IG, Jammu Sector, Shri Sarbjit Singh, IG, J&K Zone, Jammu and Shri S.P. Singh, DIG, GC, Bantalab, Jammu and other gazetted officers. In this meeting, Hon'ble DG praised the efforts made by Doctors and Para-Medical staff of Composite Hospital, Bantalab for their utmost service for care and treatment of COVID-19 patients of CAPFs.
